Section 17: Power to make regulations

In order to give effect to the provisions of this rule, the Department may make necessary regulations.

18. Redressal of discrepancies/doubts The power to resolve all discrepancies/doubts relating to the implementation of the provisions of this rule will be vested in the State Government.

19 Residual case:- In respect of the remaining matters which are not covered within ambit of this rule, in respect of which no specific provision has been made in this rule, the members of the Service shall be governed by the relevant rules, orders and circulars etc. of the State Government issued from time to time for the employees of the same category.
