Section 20: Repeal and Saving

बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन सेवा संवर्ग नियमावली 2022State Rules of Bihar · 2022

All rules/instructions, etc., in this regard issued prior to this rule shall be deemed to have been repealed. Notwithstanding such repeal, any work done and action taken under the relevant rules/instructions etc. shall be deemed to have been done under these rules.
