Section 36: Power of Entry

Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978State Act of Bihar · Act 3 of 1979

Any officers or servants of the Agency generally or specially authorized may. at all reasonable times enter upon any land or premises and do such things as may be reasonably necessary for the purposes of lawfully carrying out any work of the Agency or for making any survey examination or investigation preliminary or incidental to the exercise of powers or the performance of functions by the Agency under this Act.
