Section 37: Protection for action taken under this Act

Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978State Act of Bihar · Act 3 of 1979

(1) No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against any person in the employment of the Agency for anything which is done or purported to be done in good faith under this Act.

(2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Agency for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything done or purported to be done in good faith under this Act.
