Section 42: Winding up

Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978State Act of Bihar · Act 3 of 1979

When the State Government is satisfied that the purpose for which an Agency was established under this Act have been substantially achieved so as to render the continuance of the Agency unnecessary, the State Government may. by notification in the Official Gazette declare that the Agency shall be dissolved with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification and the Agency shall be deemed to have been dissolved accordingly with effect from the said date and all the properties, funds and dues realisable by the Agency along with its liabilities shall devolve upon the State Government.
