Section 43: Repeal and Saving

Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Act, 1978State Act of Bihar · Act 3 of 1979

(1) The Bihar Agricultural and Rural Area Development Agency Second Ordinance, 1978 (Bihar Ordinance no. 101 of 1978) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of powers conferred by or under this Act as if this Act were in force on the day on which such thing or action was done or taken.
