Section 3: Amendment in Section-3 of Bihar Act 8 of 1988

The Bihar Agricultural University (Amendment) Act, 2010State Act of Bihar · Act 19 of 2010

(i) and (ii) of Sub Section (1) of section 3 shall be substituted by the following:

“(i) The Rajendra Agricultural University with its headquarters at Pusa having its jurisdiction over the whole of the state of Bihar.

(ii) All Colleges,Research and Experimental Stations, Krishi Vigyan Kendras or other Institutions mentioned in Schedule-I shall be its constituent units under the full managment and control of its officers and authorities and no such units shall be recognized as affiliated units. The State Government shall have power to add or delete any institution from Schedule-I. ’’
