Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Act, 2017State Act of Bihar · Act 27 of 2017

(1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Act, 2017.

(2) It shall extent to the land transfer for Shree Guru Govind Singh Multipurpose Prakash Kendra and Garden.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

2. Definations. In this Act unless there is anything repugnant to the subject or context-

(i) "Act" means The Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Act, 2017;

(ii) "Schedule" means schedule annexed to this Act;

(iii) "Government" means the State Government of Bihar;

(iv) "Agriculture Department" means the Agriculture Department of the Government of Bihar;

(v) "Tourism Department" means the Tourism Department of the Government of Bihar;

(vi) "Market Yard" means Market Yard under Agriculture Department of the State of Bihar.
