The State Government may permanently transfer such land of Bihar Agriculture Produce Market Yard, Patna City which have been vested in the State Government by the Bihar Agricultural Produce (Repeal) Act, 2006 and which is mentioned in the schedule annexed to this Act to the Tourism Department for the construction of multipurpose Prakash Kendra and Garden based on the life of Shree Guru Govind Singh.
