Section 12: Promotion

Bihar Dentist Service Rule, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy and according to merit-cum-seniority, a confirmed Dentist shall be considered to be promoted on higher posts mentioned in Appendix-1.

(2) For consideration of promotion , compliance of instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, with respect to ‘KALAWADHI, shall be necessary.

(3) Compliance of instructions issued by the government from time to time with respect to promotion and character roll/P.A.R, allegation / departmental proceeding/ criminal proceeding etc. shall be necessary at the time of consideration of promotion.
