Section 14: Dynamic ACP

Bihar Dentist Service Rule, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) First Assured Career Progression will be admissible to Dentists of Bihar Dentist Service along with up-gradation of post, on completion of six years of service. Second and third assured career progression, along with up-gradation of post will be admissible after equal interval of six years each following the first assured career progression.

(2) The facility of dynamic ACP shall be admissible up to maximum pay scale of PB-4 grade pay 8700/- (Eight thousand seven hundred rupees.

(3) The benefit of dynamic ACP also will be considered on the basis of recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee.

(4) For consideration of benefit of dynamic ACP, same conditions precedent will apply as are applicable in regular promotion, but compliance of reservation rule will not be necessary in this.
