(1) the Department after calculating vacancy on the basis of position as on 1*' April of the year and getting 0>2014> Dental Doctors Nimawali-2013 3 Commission latest by 30" April.
(2) In light of requisition received for appointment the Commission shall invite applications by advertising vacancies and shall prepare merit list on following basis :- (A) General duty sub-cadre : - | | roster cleared, shall send reservation categorywise requisition to the
(i) For mark obtained in B.D.S. — 50 marks | (i) For Postgraduate or higher degrees —10 marks
(iii) For experience in Government Hospitals — (5 marks per year, maximum 25 marks) — 25 marks
(iv) For interview — 15 marks Total — 100 marks Note :- (a) The marks to be given to a candidate for marks obtained in B.D.S. shall be determined by multiplying percentage of total marks obtained in the aforesaid courses examination by multiple of 0.5. For example, if a candidate has obtained 50% marks, he will be given 50% x 0.5= 25 marks.
(b) 1 (one) mark shall be deducted for cach failure as any of the University B.D.S. Examinations.
(¢) Minimum qualifying marks shall be 30.
(B) Specialist sub-cadre:-
(i) For marks obtained in B.D.S. — 50 marks
(ii) For Postgraduate or higher degree -10 marks 0>2014> Dental Doctors Nimawali-2013
(iii) For experience in Government Hospitals — (5 marks per year, maximum 25 marks) — 25 marks

(3) The Commission shall send merit list prepared on the basis of aforesaid sub-rule (2) and reservation/ categorywise recommendation, in accordance with requisitioned vacancy, to the Department, on which basis appointments may be considered after approval of the Government. Validity of recommendations of the commission should be restricted to 1 year from its receipt.
(4) Procedure for interview shall be determined by the Commission.
