Section 12: Promotion

Bihar Food Safety Service Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy, Food Safety Officer / Food Analyst confirmed in service may be considered to be promoted in the chain of posts mentioned in Appendix-1, according to merit-cum seniority.

(2) Compliance of instructions issued by the Government regarding KALAWADHI for promotion, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) Compliance of instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, with respect to promotion and Character Roll / P.A.R. allegation / departmental proceeding / criminal proceeding, etc. shall be required at the time of consideration of promotion.
