“èपçटȣकरण.- इस उपǓनयम के Ĥयोजनɉ के ͧलए, “कोई कराधेय पǓूत [ नहȣ ं करेगा” स ेयह अͧभĤेत होगा ͩक कोई रिजèĚȣकृत åयिÈत कोई कर बीजक जारȣ नहȣं करेगा और तदनसुार, Ǔनलबंन कȧ अवͬध के दौरान उसके ɮवारा ͩकए गए Ĥदायɉ पर कर Ĥभार नहȣं करेगा।”;
2 ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 अÈ तूबर 2019 (ख) उपǓनयम (4) के पæचात Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त: - “(5) जहां रिजèĚȣकरण के Ǔनलबंन के ĤǓतसहंरण को Ĥभावी करने वाला कोई आदेश पाǐरत हुआ है, वहाँ Ǔनलबंन कȧ अवͬध के दौरान और उसमɅ ͪवǓनǑद[çट ĤͩĐया के दौरान ͩकए गए Ĥदायɉ के सबंधं मɅ धारा 31 कȧ उपधारा (3) का खंड (क) और धारा 40 के उपबधं लाग ूहɉगे।’’।
