- Section 2 ǒबहार माल और सेवा कर Ǔनयमावलȣ, 2017 (िजस े इसमɅ इसके पæचात उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ कहा गया है) के Ǔनयम 21क मɅ,- (क) उपǓनयम (3) मɅ, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत èपçटȣकरण अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त
- Section 3 उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 36 मɅ, उपǓनयम (3) के पæचात Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त
- Section 4 उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 61 मɅ, - (क) उपǓनयम (5) के èथान पर, 1 जुलाई, 2017 से Ĥभावी, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा[त
- Section 5 उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 83क मɅ, उपǓनयम (6) मɅ, खंड (i) के èथान पर Ǔनàनͧलͨखत खंड रखा जाएगा, अथा[त
- Section 7 उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 97 मɅ, - (क) उपǓनयम (7) के पæचात, 1 जुलाई, 2017 से Ĥभावी, Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त
- Section 9 उÈत Ǔनयमावलȣ के Ǔनयम 142 मɅ, (क) उपǓनयम (1) के पæचात Ǔनàनͧलͨखत उपǓनयम अÛतःèथाͪपत ͩकया जाएगा, अथा[त
