Section 49: Penalties where works belong to Government

The Indian Electricity Act, 1910State Act of Bihar · Act 9 of 1910

The provisions of 1[Sections 39, 39A, 40] 44, 45 and 46 shall, so far as they are applicable, be deemed to apply also when the acts made punishable thereunder are committed in the case of energy supplied by or of works belonging to the Central Government or any State Government.
