3(a) - The applicant shall be provided a token number through SMS on his/her mobile phone after receipt of application/petition for online land mutation.

3(b)- The veracity of the required all such annexed papers and documents of the application/petition received for online mutation shall be examined by a centralised system constituted at circle level within three working days and in case of application, along with all required papers, being found proper shall be forwarded to the concerned Circle Officer recording its recommendation on the application.
