(7) As prescribed under sub-rule 3 (b), case record of online mutation (including number and year) shall be opened up within 03 (three) working days and the applicant shall be informed of this through SMS.

The applicant may perceive the case number upon online Portal.

(8) After the opening up of the case record of online mutation application, the case shall be endorsed by the Circle Officer to the revenue Karmachari for inspection and the revenue Karmachari shall put up the report with opinion to the respective Circle Inspector/Revenue Officer within 07 (seven) working days. The Circle Inspector/Revenue Officer, after recording the opinion on the inspection report of the revenue Karmachari, shall put up the record before the Circle Officer within 03 (three) working days.
