Section 6: Sub rule 6(i) and 6(ii) of rule 6 of the Bihar Land Mutation (Amendment) Rules, 2017 shall be substitutited by the following

6(i) Online mutation applications/petitions, in which objections have not been received, shall be disposed of within 35 (thirty five) maximum working days from the date of receipt of the petition by passing such order, as the Circle Officer may deem lawfully proper.

6(ii) Online land mutation applications/petitions, in which objections have been received, shall be disposed of within a maximum of 75 (seventy five) working days from the date of receipt of the petition by passing such order as the Circle Officer may deem lawfully proper, after hearing the respective parties and providing them reasonable opportunity of producing evidences, as the case may be.
