3(a) The Circle Officer shall cause the general and specific notice to be issued within 03 (three) working days based on the inspection report of Circle Inspector/Revenue Officer. Otherwise, thereafter it would shift to the Log in of Computer Operator for print in the form of automatically generated PDF. The signature of Circle Officer on the general and specific notice, issued in such manner, shall be deemed acceptable.
Section 5: The following sub-rule 3 (a) shall be added after sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Bihar Land Mutation (Amendment) Rules, 2017
