Section 7: Disposal of mutation cases in camp court

The Circle Officer on receipt of the enquiry report from the Karmachari and Circle Inspector or upon his own enquiry with respect to cases filed in the first camp court for receiving mutation petitions, shall dispose them of in the second camp for disposal of mutation petitions organised at the same place within 15 working days of the first camp, in the following manner .-

(i) Cases in which no objection has been received even after making announcement through loudspeaker or other means inviting objections in the camp, shall be disposed of in the second camp itself by passing such order as the Circle Officer deems fit.

(ii) Cases in which objections have been received in the second camp, shall be heard in the camp and after giving reasonable opportunities to parties having interest in the land or a part thereof of being heard, the Circle Officer shall dispose them of passing such order as he deems fit in the camp itself. However, if it is not possible to dispose of the case in the camp as further hearing and evidences are required to come to a conclusion then the case shall be 33 �बहार गजट (असाधारण), 14 अगः त 2012 sent to the regular court of the Circle Officer, where after giving reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned of being heard and adduce evidence, if any, the Circle Officer shall dispose of the case by passing such order as he deems fit within 30 working days of the receipt of the mutation petition.
