Section 11: Inspection of records

The Bihar Land Tribunal Rules, 2010State Rules of Bihar · 2009

(1) The parties to any case or their advocates may be allowed to inspect the record of the case on making an application in writing to the Registrar.

(2) Subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Chairman by a general or special order, a person who is not a party to the proceeding, may also be allowed to inspect the record of the case after obtaining the permission of the Registrar in writing.
