If a mental health establishment fulfills all the parameters during the provisional registration period and is desirous of regular registration, it may apply to the authority for regular registration in FormI appended with the rules(refer to Appendix III) along witha fee, of rupees twenty-five thousand by way of a demand draft drawn in favour of the Chairperson, State Mental Health Authority, payable at Patna or as may be specified by the State Authority from time to time and the Authority on being satisfied may issue a certificate of regular registration in Form C appended with the rules (refer Appendix II)to such establishment which shall be valid for 5 years from the date of issue of such certificate.
