Section 15: Filing of objections against the grant of regular registration to a mental health establishment

The Bihar Mental Healthcare (State Mental Health Authority) Regulations, 2023State Regulations of Bihar · 2017

Aperson may file any objection to the State Authority under sub-section (14) of section 66 of the Act of Government of India in Form C against the grant of regular registration to a mental health establishment in response to public notice within the time specified in the notice.
