Section 4: Officers and other employees of the State Authority

The Bihar Mental Healthcare (State Mental Health Authority) Regulations, 2023State Regulations of Bihar · 2017

(1) The appointment of employees of theAuthority shall be governed by recruitment rules made by the State Government of Bihar.

(2) The salary, allowances, leave, joining time, joining time pay, age of superannuation, and other condition of service of the Chief Executive Officer and other employees of the State Authority, shall be the same as applicable to the officers and employees ofthe State Government of Bihar drawing equivalent pay.
