Section 8: Attendance and proceedings at Meetings

The Bihar Mental Healthcare (State Mental Health Authority) Regulations, 2023State Regulations of Bihar · 2017

(1) The Chief Executive Officer shall record the attendance of members at the meeting in the attendance register maintained for the purpose by the secretariat of the Authority.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall record the attendance of nonmembers in the minutes of the meeting.

(3) The Chairperson of the Authority may grant leave of absence to a Member not present in the meeting and the Chief Executive Officer shall record such leave of absence in the minutes of the meeting.
