Thereshallbeprovidedandmaintainedsutficient utensils, "ro"k"ry, cutlery, furniture and any other equipment necessary for the efficient running of thl canteen. suitable clean clothes for the employees serving the canteen shall also be provided and maintained'

(2) The furniture, utensils and other equipment shall be maintained in d cleanandhygieniccondition.Theservicecountershallhaveatopofsmooth unJ irp"*ioirs material. Suitable facilities including an adequate su.pply of hot waier..shall be provided for the cleaning oI utensils and other equipment.

(2) The charges per portion of foodstuff' beverages and any other items serveci in the canteen shall be conspicuously displayed in the canteen'
