On filing a proper application under rule 4, a certilicate of registration for an undertaking shall be granted by the Chief lnspector or an [nspector duly authorised by him in this behalf in Form No.ll on payment of fees as specified betow : -l lNumber of Motor Transpdrt Workers Fees to be employed on any day during the year 2 or more but not exceeding 10 Exceeding 10 but not excdeding 25 Exceeding 25 but not exceeding S0 Exceeding 50 but not exceeding 100 Exceeding 100 but not exceeding 250 Exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 Exceeding 50O but not exceeding 750 ExceedingTSO but not exceeding 1,000 Exceeding 1,000 but not exceeding 2000 Over 2,000 : 2,000.001 6- Validity of certificate ol registiation.- Every certificate oiregistration granted under rule 5 or renewed unOer rute I shall remain in force 6i;;ib;
December of the year for which the certificate is granted or renewed.
7- Amendment ol certiticate of registration.- (1) The certificate of registration granted under rule 5 may be amended by the Chief fnrp".toi Oi an lnspector duly authorised by him in this behalf.
(2) An employer shatl, within thir,ty days of the day when the cause of amendment arose, submit to the Chief lnspector oi -an lnspector duty authori'sed by him in thig behalf an application stating the nature of amendment and reasons therefor.
(3) The fee for the amendment of the certificate of registration shall be five rupees plus the amount, if any, by which the fee tnat ivouiJ have been payable if the licence had been originally issued in the amended form exceeds the fee originatty paid for the certiiicate of r"gilir"ii;^.
