Section 12: Remedy of Doubts

The Bihar Ophthalmic Assistants Joint Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) Rules, 2011.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

If any doubt arises in the interpretation of any provision of these Rules, that shall be referred to the Health Department and its decision will be final.
