Section 11: Saving and Repeal

The Bihar Ophthalmic Assistants Joint Cadre (recruitment and service conditions) Rules, 2011.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

All the rules/resolutions/instructions applicable to the cadre prior to the commencement of these Rule shall deemed repealed.

Not withstanding such repeal, action taken or any thing done under the repealed rules/resolutions/instructions shall deemed to be taken or done under these rules.
