Appendix-1 of the said Rules 2014 shall be substituted by the following:- "Appendix - 1 [See Rules 2 (viii), 4, 13, 16, 17J Chain of posts, qualifications etc. of Bihar Pharmacist Cadre SI. Category Name of Posts Direct Requisite Remarks No. Recruitment qualifications or Promotion 1 Basic Pharmacist By Direct {i} Intermediate/+2 In all Hospitals, Category Recruitment {Science} pass Dispensaries, {ii} Pass in all parts Health Centres.

{part I, II & III} of In all Hospitals Diploma in having 20 - beds Pharmacy. or more and

(iii) It shall be in all Hospitals necessary to be having 50 - beds registered with the or more and in Bihar Pharmacy all Medical Council. College Hospitals [Note - B. Pharma.
