Section 2: Definitions

Bihar Physiotherapist/ Occupational therapist Cadre Rules, 2014.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

In these Rules, unless the subject of context otherwise requires:

(i) “Government” means Bihar State Government;

(ii) “Department” means Health Department;

(iii) “Commission” means Bihar Public Service Commission;

(iv) “Cadre" means Physiotherapist/ Occupational therapist Cadre/;

(v) "Appointing Authority" means Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar with respect to basic grade and government with respect to higher grades; and

(vi) "Appendix" means appendix appended to these Rules.
