Section 3: Constitution of Cadre

Bihar Physiotherapist/ Occupational therapist Cadre Rules, 2014.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) The Bihar Physiotherapist/Occupational therapist Cadre shall be State level. In this cadre, number of posts in every category and total number of posts in the cadre shall be as many as are sanctioned by the government, from time to time.

(2) There shall be following two sub-cadres in this cadre –

(a) Bihar Physiotherapist/Occupational therapist General Duty sub-cadre, and,

(b) Bihar Physiotherapist/Occupational therapist specialists sub-cadre.

(3) The officers of the General Duty sub-cadre may be posted and transferred any where under the Government. The officers of the Specialists Sub cadre may be posted/transferred in Medical College Hospitals and Superspeciality Hospitals.
