Section 13: Penalty or Compensation

Rooftop Solar Grid Interactive Systems Based on Net and Gross Metering Regulations, 2018State Regulations of Bihar · 2003

In case of failure of net metering system, the provisions of compensation shall be as per the provisions of the standard of performance regulations for distribution licensee.

Notwithstanding above, the Commission may also initiate proceeding under Section 142 of the Act for imposition of penalty, if it is satisfied that the distribution licensee has contravened or likely to contravene any provisions of these Regulation.
