Section 2: (1) Amendment in section (a) of sub rule (1) of Rule 2 of the Bihar Special Court Rules, 2010

The provision of the section (a) of sub rule (1) of Rule 2 of the said rule shall be substituted by the following words:-

(a) "Act" means the Bihar Special Courts Act 2009 & Bihar Special Courts (Amendment) Act,2022."

(2) Amendment in Rule section (b) of sub rule (1) of Rule 2 of the Bihar Special Court Rules, 2010:- The provision of the section (b) of sub rule (1) of Rule 2 of the said rule shall be substituted by the following words:-

(b) "Court" means a Special Court established under sec-3(1) of Chapter II of the Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 & Bihar Special Courts (Amendment) Act, 2022."
