Section 3: Amendment in Rule 11(g) of Bihar Special Courts Rules, 2010

Provision of Rule 11(g) of the said rule shall be substituted by the following:- "If the delinquent public servant or other affected person/persons proposes to contest the valuation of the property, then he/they shall file objections within the period stipulated in Rule 11(b) & Rule 11(c) of the Bihar Special Courts Rules, 2010. Thereafter, the Authorised Officer may take assistance of such State Government agency or Central Government agency or any other officer or person technically qualified as he may deem fit and proper.
