Section 4: Sub-rule-(1) of Rule-8 of the said Rules, 2012 shall be substituted by the following and sub-rule-(3) shall be deleted

(1) Revenue village wise Khanapuri parties shall be constituted by the Settlement Officer of the concerned district consisting of the following :-

(i) Assistant Settlement Officer/Special Survey Assistant Settlement Officer.

(ii) Kanoongo/Special Survey Kanoongo.

(iii) Amin/Special Survey Amin.

Sub-rule-(3) of The Bihar Special Survey Settlement Rules-2012- deleted.
