Section 13: Appeals

Bihar Stamps (Prevention of Under-Valuation of Instruments) Rules , 1995State Rules of Bihar · 1899

(1) In preferring appeal, against the order of the Collector the following particulars shall given: — i l(’:) Full name, Father’s name or husband’s name, occupation and address, of the appellant;
