On the datc fixed or any other date to which the casc may be adjourned, the appcllate authority shall hcar the appe[lant and receive any evidence adduced on his behalf. Tt shall also hear the person if any, appearing on behalf of the Collector and reccive the evidence, if any in support of the Collector’s order.
