Section 13: Preference in allotment of stalls to registered street vendors

Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2012State Act of Bihar · Act 25 of 2012

(1)The Municipality may give preference to the registered street vendors in allotment of stalls in the vending zones.

(2) The allotment of stalls to the street vendors shall be made in such manner, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
