Section 14: Grant of license

Bihar State Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Trade) Act, 2012State Act of Bihar · Act 25 of 2012

A registered street vendor to whom a stall has been allotted in a vending zone shall be granted a license which may be renewed from time to time by the Municipality, in such manner, on payment of such fee, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed.
