Section 16: The Finance Officer

The Bihar University of Health Sciences Act, 2021State Act of Bihar · Act 19 of 2021

The Finance Officer shall be appointed in such manner and on such terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed by the Statutes, and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

However, the first Finance Officer of the University shall be appointed by the Government and shall hold office for a term of three years or till the appointment of the Finance Officer as prescribed by the statutes, whichever is earlier;
