Section 10: In the said regulations, the regulation 14 shall be renumbered as sub-regulation (1) thereof and after the as so renumbered sub-regulation (1), the following sub-regulation shall be inserted, namely

“(2) The National Trust shall make available the information regarding pending and disposed cases of legal guardianship applications on its portal or website.”.
11. In the said regulations, in Form-A, for the words, figures and brackets “See regulation 5(1)”, the words, figures and brackets “see regulation 6(1)” shall be substituted.
