Section 7: In the said regulations, in regulation 8, after sub-regulation (1), the following sub-regulation shall be inserted, namely

“(1A) The Procedure and evaluation of registered organizations for participation and for allocation of various schemes will be determined by the Board from time to time.”.

8. In the said regulations, in regulation 9,-

(i) in sub-regulation (1), for the words “shall also cease”, the words “shall also be deemed to have ceased” shall be substituted;

(ii) for sub-regulation (2), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) Any failure on the part of an association or organization to inform the Trust about the cessation of its basic registration may make it liable to refund all funds given by the Trust by way of grant or loan or subsidy with or without interest as may be determined by the Board and such association organization may be black listed and criminal case may be filed against it.”

9. In the said regulations, in regulation 12,-

(i) in sub-regulation (3), for the words “registered under a law and capable of providing care of the persons”, the words “registered and be capable of providing care of the person with disability”; shall be substituted.

(ii) for sub-regulation (7), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:- “(7) No single male person shall be considered as a guardian for female person with disability covered under the Act and in the case of such female person, a male person shall be co-guardian with his spouse, who shall be master coguardian, except in the case of biological father who may be co-guardian along with a woman member of the family or relatives.”.
