Section 8: Ineligibility of aliens

Border Security Force Rule, 1969Central Rules · 1968

No person who is not a citizen of India shall, except with the consent of the Central Government signified in writing, be appointed, enrolled or employed in the Force.

Provided that nothing contained in this rule shall bar the appointment, enrolment or employment of a subject of 2[Nepal or Bhutan] in the Force.
