Section 29: Appeal

The Broach and Kaira Incumbered Estates Act, 1877Central Act · Act 14 of 1877

An appeal against any decision or order under sections 14, 15, 16 and 22 or imposing a fine or imprisonment in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35, shall lie to the Commissioner, if preferred within six weeks from the date of such decision or order.

There shall be no appeal against the decision of the Commissioner on such appeal.
