Section 30: Power to call for proceedings and pass order thereon
The Broach and Kaira Incumbered Estates Act, 1877Central Act · Act 14 of 1877
The Commissioner may, of his own motion or on the application of any person concerned, call for the proceedings in any case under this Act, and pass such order thereon, consistent with the provisions of this Act, as he thinks fit.
