Section 6: Delay in submission of Annual Report

Whenever there is delay in submission of the Annual Report to the Central Government, the Bureau shall also submit to the Central Government a statement explaining the reasons for delay along with the Annual Report, duly approved by the Governing Council or such other authority as may be prescribed by the Governing Council in this regard.

1. General @ The Mission i) The Objectives of Bureau of Energy Efficiency and its Role

(ii), Report of the Director General @v) Governing Council/Executive Committee composition, changes in composition/membership (¥) Sector-wise view —Agriculture, Industrial, Transport and Domestic and Commercial and such other sectors as may be specified by the Government.

2, Programmes and Projects @) Progress in the execution of the sanctioned Projects/Schemes/Programmies with reference to targets i) New Projects/Schemes/Programmes contemplated together with their advantages, financial implications and Programmes for execution

(i) Significant events and happenings such as National Energy Conservation Award () An account ofthe activities having been implemented with regard tothe Energy Conservation Act, sich as Standards and Labelling, Designated Consumers, Certification of Energy Manager, Enerey Conserva~ tion Building Code, Accreditation of Energy Audit Fim.

3. International Co-operation Details of Mulf-lateral/Bilateral Programmes and their contribution |. Administration and Accounts of the Bureau Capital structure of the Bi i) Summary of the financial results au

(ii) Measures taken for improving or strengthening the functioning of the Bureau

(iv) Annual Statement of Accounts, viz, Balance Sheet, Receipt and Payment Accounts and Income- Expenditare Statement duly audited.
