Section 4: Authority for preparation of Annual Report

Bureau of Energy Efficiency ( Annual Report ) Rules, 2005Central Rules · 2001

Secretary of the Bureau shall supervise the preparation of the Annual Report to ensure that it faithfully reflects the activities undertaken or planned to be undertaken by the Bureau and itis submitted to the Central Government in time.

Submission of Annual Report—The Bureau shall submit the Annual Repart to the Central Government duly approved by the Governing Council before 15th September of cach year for being laid before each House of the Parliament under Section 24 of the Act

Provided that on a request from the Bureau in this behalf, the Central Government for reasons to be recorded in writing may extend the date of submission of Annual Report to the Central Government by such period, asit may consider necessary.
