Section 1: Short title, commencement and application

Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit of Commercial Buildings or Establishments) Regulation…Central Regulations · 2001

(1) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Manner and Intervals of Time for Conduct of Energy Audit of Commercial Buildings or Establishments) Regulations, 2018.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) These regulations shall apply to buildings or building complex used or intended to be used for commercial purposes to get energy audit conducted by an accredited energy auditor in accordance with the Energy Conservation Building Code framed by the Bureau under the Act.
